HYBRID 101

This 13 week customized plan is designed to take you from someone relatively new to hybrid training and turn you into a confident hybrid athlete.

Whether you're currently a strength or endurance only athlete, or you're just starting out, HYBRID 101 is customized to your fitness level.

Founded by Justin Jones, CSCS. in 2022 to address the gaps in concurrent training and to help athletes bridge the gap between strength and endurance.

Over the past 12 years, Coach Justin immersed himself in the world of fitness, evolving from a cross country runner interested in getting stronger to a hybrid athlete and a professional. Coach Justin's journey is fueled by a continuous quest for knowledge, diving deep into the latest research, and constantly refining his methodology to ensure it's grounded in the most current, evidence-based practices.

That drive and focus is how Assemble Performance was born.
