I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS) and an advocate for hybrid fitness. My journey in the realm of fitness is driven by a desire to push the limits of the human mind & body. I embarked on this path not just to train but to live a life of purpose & adventure. My approach to fitness is rooted in the conviction that everyone possesses an untapped reservoir of strength and resilience. 

Over the past 11 years, I've immersed myself in the world of fitness, evolving from a cross country runner interested in getting stronger to a hybrid athlete and a professional. My journey is fueled by a continuous quest for knowledge, diving deep into the latest research, and constantly refining my methodology to ensure it's grounded in the most current, evidence-based practices.

As your coach, my mission is to help you confront your fears, chase your loftiest ambitions, and most importantly, celebrate the remarkable capabilities of your body. If you're here I'm assuming there's something about your training you're not 100% happy with. Sure, you could keep training on your own, but if you're not fired up with how training is going, a coach can help you reach that next level.

As your coach, we'll work together to solve the problems & roadblocks you're facing. I will also ensure all of your training fits within your schedule, and you will no longer have to stress over what you should be doing.

How much time will I need per week?

How much time will I need per week?

The time you'll need per week varies depending on your specific goals. Generally, you should have at least 3 hours free per week if your goals aren't very time intensive. If your goals are very endurance heavy or you have big lifting or hybrid goals, you will need more time.

We will work together to maximize what time you do have, so that your training is effective without taking away from the rest of your life.

You will have access to talk to your coach via text, email, and through the weekly check-ins on Training Peaks.

Text and email communications are a 24 hour response time.

The equipment you need will depend on your goals. I can work with a wide range of equipment availability and we can get creative if we need to. I am here to help you reach your goals in whatever way that has to happen.
